John Sleiman

John Sleiman is a Dynamic Lebanese Musician who plays oud, keyboard and tabla . He is well-known to most UK dancers for his earthy and powerful drumming which adds that special something to your hafla. John teaches drum workshops up and down the country, and drum and dance workshops in conjunction with "Jwaad" teacher Nikki Livermore. He is renowned for his fun and informative teaching style.
John has taught and performed at many of the UKs major festivals including Midlands Arabic Dance Extravaganza, Fantasia, Celebrating Dance, Glastonbury, Oxford Bellydance Bonanza and Majma. 
 

John will be providing us with live music at Friday's Party after the Gala Show.
